We just purchased a new Ford Escape from Progressive Ford and were extremely happy with the whole purchasing process. Our salesman Todd Annett was knowledgeable , friendly and at no time did we feel we were being rushed or pressurized into purchasing. Once the deal was complete Todd spent a great deal of time going through the controls and features of the car. We normally dread the whole car buying process and the haggling and time wasting that goes with it, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Todd located the car, settled on a fair price and prepared the paperwork in advance so we could be in and out quickly.
