PDI? if you buy from this place go over everything with a magnifying place. Took my trailer on first run - water heater didn't stay lit , levelling jacks were loose on the front , bathroom vent didn't open more than an inch , half the plug ins didn't work and turns out a wheel bearing was going and caused it to sway on the highway - white knuckle time. complained and all I got was \well that's why we warranty it so we can address any issues! \ I guess they never heard of do it right the first time.

We bought an Imagine series by Grand Design. Our purchase with Vic in sales and Jason Lauzon the manager was excellent. Very good product knowledge from sales and fair trade-in and new unit price with timely delivery and excellent communication. Now, I am looking forward to after sales service if needed. That is always what is most important to me with any product purchase. But as of now, I give them 5 stars. Thanks Guys
