I am so disappointed that this particular consulate had the most incompetent staff sitting to attend to the clients. The cashier was not only uncooperative but also made the clients wait for no reason, and would go off into the other room and be inaccessible for minutes at a time. I understand that Pakistanis come to Vancouver from various areas just for the sake of updating their Pakistani identity forms/ passports and the staff should be considerate of that. I appeared 20 mins early to 3 to ask for the passport that I had submitted and I was told rudely to either wait till 3 or submit a self addressed envelope since I had to leave for Calgary. Seriously? They need to work on their customer service.

I emailed the consulate, got a call in 2 days. Confirmed an appointment. Got the documents attested the same day. Arrived at 10.30am and got free at 11.20am ish. They are maintaining very good protocol during covid. One 1 person at a time. However there were 2 other people there with out appointments as there emails were not replied back yet. They were advised to wait for a call. I was there to get an affidavit attested for the police clearance certificate required for immigration purposes. Person at the counter was very coporative.
