Used FastFrate to ship a large automotive item. I was told it would be same day delivery from Calgary. Item transferred from FastFrate to Overland West for local delivery. It's now two days late - no phone call, and no one to help me. FastFrate said it should have been here ATLEAST 2 days ago... Now I'll wait over the weekend before Overland even opens again. (Fastfrate has dispachers and customer service even on weekends) TERRIBLE. WORST. PATHETIC.

Great service but there is a lack of support on weekends, but overall good company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Freight is always late, missing pieces, damaged, or unwrapped, when you call to speak to customer service they are even worse.
