My 11 year old son who owns his own business had a tent made by Outlet Tags Canopies Ottawa, I would like to say that although there was a few bumps in the road during the designing process due to me sending the rong type of files. Rayan from the very begining was super kind and informed me and my son about the possible packages. She also re-assured me I would get the tent in time for my sons event even with the delays from me sending in the rong types of files. And that promiss was kept and I am extremely grateful. Rayan was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed every step of the process. I am extremely satisfied with how the tent turned out and the overall quality of the product.
