Personal Edge was always a positive experience in the past in offering high quality products. Just spoke to an arrogant rather obnoxious employee regarding this particular product. Warning! Braun, always a dynamic leader had their first failure with Series 9. Do not purchase this shaver because the 92S Cassette breaks within three (3) months since it should endure for up to eighteen (18) months with normal use while the expenditure in replacement including taxes exceeds 100.00 in Canadian funds.

A great place for replacement parts. We needed a part for a discontinued food processor and after checking on Amazon, the prices there were almost equivalent to a new one. I was given a recommendation to try Personal Edge and not only could they get me the part, but it was less than half the price as online. I was told that it could take between 3 and 5 weeks, but that seemed reasonable to me for a discontinued product. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from them that the part was in after only several days. So I had the replacement part at less than half the price and faster than I would have received it through Amazon. Top marks for such great service.
This store has the worst customer service anywhere. It is retailers like this one that are leading to the death of brick and mortar stores. The woman who works here was rude, aggressive and completely insensitive to a unique situation, and refused a return or to help in any way, all over a lousy hairdryer. Our family will never do business here again and suggest you take your business elsewhere as well. Just stay away.
Came in with my wife to look for a coffee maker, looked around for 5 minutes while 2 guys stood behind the counter chatting about something. Needless to say, we left. Aplorable service, it's easy enough to buy online, so they might want to actually greet people that come in!

Go there to get my coffee maker fixed they are the service center and tells me to come back in 3 weeks. You have to be joking this is the center they pick to fix a 2000 machine. NOT HAPPY
