I truly appreciate how my service technician Matt went the extra mile to fix my washing machine. Right from the moment I called, you could tell they were serious about their work. Prompt, punctual, professional. I particularly appreciated that they took as much information about my appliance as possible on the phone, to aid the technician in predicting what was wrong based on the model and age of my dishwasher. His educated guess was correct, meaning that he brought the exact part needed to fix it on the spot. He was extremely knowledgable, giving me all sorts of tips on how my d/w could operate most efficiently. Such amazing customer service - I will never use anyone else!

The service was extraordinary.. professional, friendly and efficient. This was a brand-new appliance issue with a GE range purchased thru TA appliances. Jason quickly found that not only had the red danger light wire not been attached but in addition the power boil wires had been reversed AND the convection element was not working and the door was misaligned. Today he replaced the “brain” of the stove. His ability to deal with this device went a long way to calming my anger with the seller, TA Appliances in Kitchener. I give Waterloo Appliances Service the highest recommendation and I would not hesitate to send friends to them. Well Done.
