Great store getting my ramp here

I've worked with Motion for as long as I can remember but these past couple days I had my first experience with the Ottawa location. The staff were very understanding and even came to look at my chair within a few hours of my call. The technician then took it to be fixed the first day he was available and it only took a few hours. Super, super, super nice guy with very fast and effective service. He even brought me a coffee when he delivered my chair! Will definitely be using them again for future chair related needs! 2/8/19 Today I dealt with Motion and today was another great experience! This time I had the pleasure of meeting Pat. He’s incredibly nice and super quick. Fixed my motor within 10 or so minutes and explained to me everything he had done. Even had me drive the chair with him watching to make sure it ran properly. Would definitely recommend Motion to anyone!
Motion helped me out this morning with a broken mount on my wheelchair joystick. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and caring. The tech took the time to show me how a few things worked on the chair. My first time for service here, but will definitely return.
Motion Specialties has exceptional service and their technician Marc is outstanding as is the rest of the staff. They reply promptly and are very sympathetic to your personal needs and limitations. They know their products and never make you feel rushed or become impatient when you have to ask for repeat on explanations which they offer on every part of your device, in my case a motorized wheel chair. You are made to feel as is you are important to them and they are always there to help. I could not recommend them more strongly they truly deserve 10 stars.
A few weeks ago I made an appointment with a Motion Specialties specialist for my mother who needed a transport chair. We had gone to other places in the Ottawa area and the stores couldn't meet her specific needs. Someone actually told us to bring back a product number and they would be happy to order it for us. At Motion Specialties, the specialist spent over an hour with us, finding what my mother's specific needs were, trying out various chairs, to finally come to the perfect choice for her. Furthermore, he offered to deliver it to her home and make the required adjustments for her size - no charge. We were both very impressed with the care and service received from the staff. Overall this has been an excellent experience and I highly recommend Motion Specialties.
