Bought new Range Rover, dealt with Pierre Tremblay. Pierre was professional, friendly and efficient. The car was ready on time. Pierre did not try to push various dealership add-ons upon us. Overall Pierre made is easy and pleasant.

Unfortunately I lived a very bad experience at this dealership. I brought my beautiful land rover for some service work and to my surprise when I picked up my suv it was deeply scratched from one end to the other. Luckily for me the dealership performs vehicle walk around when you drop-off your vehicle and it was noted that my vehicle had no scratches or dents. After jumping threw many hoops and threatening legal matter and speaking with the owner John Mierins, he finally agreed to make the repairs. after waiting several months to have the repairs done I was asked to drop it off to have it repaired. because of previous experience I made sure to do the same walk around with staff and confirm the vehicle damage and confirm there was no other damages to the vehicle. To my shocking surprised when I picked my vehicle the second time the original repairs won’t done correctly (orange peel all over) and new scratches on the other side. Yes again. The staff (Gord and Cliff) were helpful and promised it would be addressed. One week later I again asked to pick up my vehicle and again scratched not repaired but a poor attempt on buffing it, so much it caused more damage (paint burnishing) and left my vehicle full of buffing compound. Sadly the owner is refusing to take accountability and not offering any support to fixing the situation. Sadly I would not recommend that you bring your vehicle here.

I highly recommend talking to Robert if you're looking for a car at LR Ottawa or any LR really. We were looking for an LR4 for my wife so I called to leave my name and number in case they got one in. I spoke to Robert and he knew of one being traded in. He kept me updated by email, was extremely responsive to all of my questions, and he even took pictures and sent them to me as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately the car was too small for us but when it comes time to replace my car, I will definitely be looking at LR's again and I'll be calling Robert.

Wonderful Experience! The purchase of my used 2014 Range Rover Sport at Land Rover Ottawa has been fantastic. Robert and Zach have been wonderful. I didn’t feel any pressure of having to buy a vehicle. Both took their time to explain the various functionalities and I would like to thank them particularly for their patience as I had a lot of questions prior making the decision. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Land Rover Canada and Land Rover Ottawa want to make sure that I understand they care about me as a customer. A nice package was ready, which not only included the owner’s guide, keys, but also a nice binder (attached photo) which has all the information about the vehicle you just purchased, including all the checked list items completion for the CPO program, the work order to bring the car up to Land Rover standards, insurance and finance documents, carproof, extended warranty coverage and important phone numbers, etc… Simply clean, delicate, awesome! Oh, almost forgot to say that I have ordered Range Rover rubber mats for the winter (extremely good quality btw), and those mats were installed in my vehicle the day I took ownership. Yesterday, 2 days after getting ownership of the vehicle, Land Rover Ottawa called me to check how things were with my RR Sport. I have been told to never hesitate to call them with questions in regards to the vehicle. They’ll be happy to help. Now, this is customer service. Robert, Zach, Neil, Paul, Chris and all the others at Land Rover Ottawa, Thank You! Quick note: For anyone out there that is considering a Land Rover / Range Rover, I would encourage to go for a test drive. Those vehicles are just fantastic. Book a course at the Land Rover Experience Centre in Montebello. I have done it twice already, in 2012 and 2014/15, and since my first experience, I knew it was just a question of time before I could join the Land Rover Family. Happy Driving to all of you!
