Had a great experience with this company for my rental properties A/C maintenance and installation. Support this local business people. The owner Jim is honest, his daughter also works for the business and is quick to help. His technician was also on time and quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The two men who installed our AC today were excellent representatives of your company. They were friendly, informative and respectful. They cleaned up everything before leaving and we are very pleased with the work they did. I would highly recommend them.
Found my new HVAC guys. Air conditioner wasn't working so I called Ottawa HVAC Inc. They gave me a time the technician would be here for SAME DAY service. Raymond was friendly and professional and followed COVID-19 precautions. He explained the problem, replaced the part, checked everything over to make sure everything was in good order and was on his way. I know nothing about air conditioners. He could have run up a bill for anything and I would not have had a clue. Instead, 150 for labour and 75 for the part and my air conditioner is running great! So very happy with this company.
When you purchase one of the best furnace on the market, you also want the best contractor to install it - which seems to be the most important step for a furnace replacement (based on my research). I finally stopped my choice on Ottawa HVAC inc and they really have not disappointed me. Not only did they do a clean / professional job with the installation, they were also readily available when needed afterwards which was critical for me (big thanks to Samuel). Jim’s team has exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend them...and this is not a fake review.
