Like most previous reviewers, my experience with the receptionist & owner were amazing!! I've been to other hakim optical locations and it was NOT the same positive experience.. I am def sticking to only them for any of my eye care needs! Thanks guys!!!

My husband asked for some help fixing his glasses, and the owner was so gracious that we decided to buy our new glasses there as well. When the glasses that we ordered arrived, there was a problem with them (no fault of Hakim's). Once again, the owner was more that kind and we have ended up with a perfect new pair of glasses!
I've been most impressed with the knowledge and expertise that Matthai and staff have provided for me over the last number of years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my optical needs. I highly recommend this Hakim Optical outlet.
Needed an emergency appointment because I needed glasses for a welding course at school - contact lenses weren’t allowed and I had no glasses (terrible I know!) I called this place (Hakim Optical on Bank st) and the lady on the phone was super kind! She found me a spot for the day after. I showed up - exceptional service from the eye doctor and from the kind lady at the front. I looked around and found a pair at a great price that I can use for construction as well! (FDA approved) It’s rare to find a pretty pair for construction so I can wear around a construction zone or at school/home etc. Anyways. Everyone was just so accommodating. It made a “not so fun” appointment really pleasant and I would definitely drive from Aylmer again anytime for their services. Highly recommend!
I just got new glasses from this location and I am beyond pleased. The girl there has a lot of time and patience, while helping me pick out the right fit for me. The service is impeccable, I will definetly go back and I already referred a lot of people here. Overall an amazing experience.
The Doc, didnt catch his name.. employee #7138? was so helpful, and you could tell he was genuine. Overall experience was great, would come back. Gave me free contacts. I'd never tried contacts so it was nice of them. Got 2 pairs of glasses, satisfied. They said wait for the glasses was only going to be couple of days which is pretty short compared to other places ive went. Overall paid 349 for 2 pairs. Lots of selection Thanks again

More than pleased with the service and my new glasses. I’ve been looking for glasses that I like for a while now and I finally found them at Hakim. Will go again for sure.
