Currently buying my fourth bike in 10 years from this crew and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Super friendly staff, always asking questions to help me find the right bike for me vs. trying to sell me the most expensive bike I could afford. Service has always been great, never any grief or hassle. Value for money, Giant MTB's are second to none.

I was very specific in my search for a bike, and after looking for a while, I found the Giant FastRoad Advanced 1, which was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was sold out everywhere! Luckily, Giant Ottawa had 1 left in stock, and when I called them and explained my dilemma, they made an effort to get the bike built and ready the next day so that I could drive to Ottawa to pick it up. Allen was professional, helpful, and very polite and accommodating. I appreciate the care that they took to work around my situation and have my bike ready early the next day for me to pick up. On the day of the pick up, they thoroughly went over the bike's features, adjusted it for my measurements, and helped me put it in the car. I would highly recommend Giant Ottawa to anyone. Thanks again, Allen and everyone else at Giant Ottawa! I love my new bike.

I bought my bike at Giant four years ago. Still riding the bike and thoroughly enjoying it. Their yearly tune up is a great service and if something extra has to be done on the bike, you can rely on them to do repairs. If something isn't working, they track it down and fix it. The staff is courteous and friendly. I have only good things to say about the products and service at Giant Ottawa.
Very friendly staff, always very helpful and very informative. Giant bikes are the best bikes, and it shows in the price. If you want quality, spend the money. Highly recommend this store, excellent service.
