HOT-AND-COLD review. You'll always get good customer service here. Sadly, the stores limited selection often lets down customers. Good store for browsing and picking up items you didn't go for. However, if you are looking for some specific thing, there is a good chance you may not find what you want. Today I couldn't find any plain chocolate-brown drapery fabric (in the whole store). The only had 1 chocolate brown fabric which was 27/meter (omg). If your looking for sales....they got good stuff on sale.
A breath of fresh air compared to the Merivale location when it comes to service. Staff is pleasant too. It's worth the longer drive to go to this location.
Needed a poncho for an emergency surgery patient. No one is more knowledgeable than Karen. Swadika was lovely helping me at 5:30pm. Cashier was terrific and went the mile. All this when the are closing up. Well done and thanks
