Buyer Beware. I’d avoid purchasing any major appliance from Canadian Appliance Source. I purchased a Kitchen Aid range on Nov 27/2020 and picked it up on Dec 12/2020. We noticed within a week that something was wrong with the convection fan (It was making a metal grinding noise). A repair-man was sent but they do not carry spare parts and he only tightened a screw. Not able to fix, CAS said that I had to go through Whirlpool as it’s under warranty with them. I did and finally on March 6/2021 a replacement was sent but I refused delivery as the stove was damaged (dented in). Over 3 months is a long time without a stove to cook our food and I wonder if this will ever be resolved. It seems both companies do not care about their customers. I wish you better luck then us if you decide to purchase through CAS.

This is the second time I've purchased an appliance from CAS. Their prices are competitive and the service has been great both times. I made this purchase over the phone after viewing the product on-line. I was impressed by how simple it was. (I prefer talking to a sales rep because there is always room to negotiate the price on any major purchase one makes....)

Previously purchased a dishwasher and fridge from Jamie Malamud and the Ottawa location. Due to the positive experience I received I purchased a complete Kitchen and Laundry set for our new house ready in June 2021. The sales staff and delivery team so far have been fantastic and since I have no issues with the current purchased appliances I cannot comment on after sales service levels. Just that I was comfortable with the interaction with Jamie and the advice and attention he gave to our needs. If I have issues that are not resolved in a timely manner once I receive my appliances I will update my rating but as it stands right now fantastic customer service and shopping atmosphere.

Jeffrey was very helpful, enthusiastic and made the whole sales process enjoyable, I didn't feel pressured at all! He got us the right fridge at a great price, he was very upfront about the ETA and told us we will likely be waiting around 6 weeks to get the fridge given the pandemic. We ended up getting the fridge in 1 week!! We got the fridge (Samsung , we love it, delivery went very well and the after sales service was awesome! Jeffrey and the whole team at CAS gave us excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. Now I know where to go for all my future appliances!
