We use BlackGold at our office and each week the deliveries are correct, on time and the employees are always friendly. The customer service is great as well, anytime we have an issue, an employee is at our office either the same day, or first thing the next morning. Great company to work with!

Our office had been with another provider and we 'returned' to Black Gold after 'trying the Ottawa market'. People in the office had just wanted to try something new. However, new doesn't stay that way very long. After disappointment in the quality of service measured against Black Gold's stellar customer service, price, quality, and variety of products and new offerings (including green office coffee service) that Black Gold has, we went running back! Peter, Heather, Basil, and the whole crew, are honest, down to earth great folk - they have what we need, a 'great cup of coffee'. Next time people get coffee style 'cabin fever' - we will just change up the roast wiht Black Gold's guidance.
