definitely the cream of the crop when it comes to restaurant equipment in Toronto. The service is excellent, I have dealt with these guys numerous times and always receive first class service. Not to mention there costs are always more then reasonable. Chad and Steve from Off the Hook Fish bar highly recommend Accurate repairs restaurant equipment.

Coffee Culture Franchisee Burlington: Called them to service Ice maker, tech visited didn't do anything to machine as it was making ice...Yes it was making ice but machine need to be serviced as it need to be clean and sanitized. Just read machine code. I have requested Paul specifically to service regardless machine making ice or not. Tech Kirk didn't do anything, Charge 300 just to visit. Why would I call you to begin with? This is insane that people go that low to make few bucks. You should have listen to your customer complain and try to resolve, instead refused to service again. And Who need your service to begin with after what you have done. There are so many ppl out there looking for business. RESPONSE: Call was made to Paul and I specifically asked him regardless machine is working on not \It needs to be serviced means descale and Sanitized\ He also informed me that this machine is due for services as it was last serviced by Accurate repairs in 2017. I wish if you have recording to my phone call you may want to listen to it. Tech visited on August 1st, I called agin on 20th August about the same issue. I did not ask him to check cooler door. I said I will be paying AFTER he finished servicing machine like I always do, but this time I will make sure he does THE JOB. You are getting paid for the job not to visit my place. It does not matter how long it takes to service machine, as I am well aware of the procedure and was expecting him to do the work as I requested. If you don't like my lunch or not happy with quality I would either give you other sandwich or Salad or give you money back Because for me customer satisfaction is number one Priority. Unlike your guy never wanted to help and try to resolve the situation.

Complete RIP-OFF, spent over 30k on new refrigeration equipment. Then had one of our older refrigeration coolers stopped working. Was quoted 3400 to repair the unit. Called someone else....74 for the part 100 labour. You can decide who you want to do business with. The non profit organization you dealt with was Canadian Madeira club. The contact was Carlos. Quick response to my complaint.
