Stopped by to buy replacement nose pads for my glasses. Simple enough, or so I thought. Refused to help me because I didn't buy my glasses there. When I said I bought them out of country I was told, VERBATIM: \yeah well that's your problem\ Unbelievable.

Terrible staff, they simply don't care. I bought two glasses because of the good deal at the time and one of the glasses didn't sit well on my face. I went back 3 times and it still didn't sit properly. The left arm clearly didn't sit on my ear but they said it's good enough and sent me home. Worst is that I showed them the flaw and they completely disregard me with a smile, as if I was asking for too much! I finally decided to go to a competitor across the street and they adjusted it for me right away.
Exceptional staff! I went in to browse and ended up fixing the scratches on my prescription sunglasses. The manager was so much help! Would definitely recommend this location.
Bought a pair of glasses with progessive prescription lenses. One pair was fine. The other were never right, my eyes hurt with use. Went back twice, they said they were fine that I was not used to them. I gave up explaining and asking for help. I should have posted this a long time ago when I got them but never did. Just letting you all know they never helped me with my useless brand new glasses that I could never wear.
