I needed some duck work corrected in my Laundry room and did some research on Google and located SMHC. I saw they had received positive customers reviews, and reached out to them. Everyone I dealt with from Ariana the administrative assistance who took my initial call, to Pete who came and provided me the estimate and Mike who did an excellent job in correcting the previous duck work were all extremely professional and helpful. A most professional company from the estimate through to the completion of this large scale project. I can't imagine a better run HVAC enterprise. A shout out to these professionals! We needed a gas line put in to connect to our outdoor appliances (after we recently moved) which is one of the many services they provide. Reliable, very friendly, efficient and great followup! We recently contacted them again to add a gas line for our new gas stove and explained that we need fairly quickly (within 1 week) ... recognizing it is a small job, I received a welcoming response that they will make it happen.
