Ontario Wheelchair assured us we would have Moms brand new chair within two weeks of making payment in full of over a thousand dollars to them, which we did on March 6th, 2019. When I followed up after not hearing from them at the two week mark, I was told the wrong sized chair had come into their shop & they would get back to us? We are now five weeks later and have not seen or heard from them since. BUYERS BEWARE when ordering from Ontario Wheelchair, as it seems once they have your money, they're not at all concerned about getting you the product you have ordered & paid for in any sort of timely manner. They don't care to follow up with you so prepare to have the time & energy it will take to attempt to get any sort of Customer Service from them.

Our young guest uses a wheelchair and had a flat tire that turned out to be a tear in the tube. Ontario wheelchair did not have the right size tube but assured us they would find one. After a few calls we were directed to a local bicycle store. They made our guest and my husband comfortable while I was away getting a new tube put in at the bike store. I was back in 30 minutes and the wheelchair was working again. Our guest can't move without his wheelchair so thank you for your assistance! Our guest is very grateful. It was kind of you to assist even though you didn't have the part in your store.

They installed my access ramp 6 month after my insurance paid them & then only after repeated calls. The ramp was poorly designed & constructed, & they have never come back to sand rough lumber cuts or cap railings, even after 11 months. I am now having to pay out of pocket to have this mess rectified.

Wow! Had a flat tire on my power chair. Tech came to the store I was stuck in and fixed it in less than an hour. Now that's service! I'll be dealing with them again!
