Just started using grips during my workouts as I was told they would help make my workouts more effective and reduce stress in the wrists when performing workouts such as the bench press. I must say this is true as my wrist don't get fatigued and I'm getting the best from my workouts. I would love to see what else Optimo has to offer!

Amazing grips and gear! Saw a trainer at the local gym using them and reached out to the owner of Optimo and he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions on why these grips are different than any others and how they’re the only ergonomic ones on the market! Simply put a great product and excellent customer service. Easy to use site with no hassle shipping. At first it is kinda different than what you're used to. By my 3 set on bench press it really took a lot of the strain off my wrist. I just wish I had them 10 years ago!!!
