The actual rental process and trailer we borrowed was fine until we returned it. The receipt and contract we were given when we picked up the trailer said return date was January 4 at 11:59 am. When we returned the trailer (on time) there was no paperwork or anything given to us but when I looked at my credit card bill we were charged for an extra day. When we phoned to inquire why, they told us that we were supposed to return it by 10 but this was never mentioned to us prior to this and it was nowhere on the original paperwork we were given. The receptionist told us she would have Marcia call us but she did not. When my husband went to talk to her in person, she was unbelievably rude and told us simply there was an error on our contract and she would not refund cause it was supposed to be returned by 10 even though we had no way of knowing this. She finally conceded to give the refund but we have never received ruder service from a person especially when it was their error. She told us she would refund it this time but made it clear it was our error. Don't worry Marcia, we will not be back!

I recently bought a utility trailer off Les. He was a pleasure to deal with over the phone and even better in person. Couldn't be happier with my experience here
happy with the price and purchase, but when my 75 year old father went to pick up a tank, they dropped it off with the forklift and left him to struggle with it alone on his trailer. who does that? even if you’re not into customer service after the deal is done, aren’t you interested at a human level? someone needs to be reminded about what’s important in life, emond completing the bare minimum of the economic contract.
Bought a dump trailer from Les last week. We couldn't have been happier. Absolutely every person on site that we dealt with was friendly and fantastic. A real joy to do business with - a class act.
