Probably the worst service I've seen in years! I've had vehicles from Toyota and Mercedes and both of those are far superior when it comes to service and care for their customers. I took in the car to get looked at and waited 2.5 hours to get a loaner vehicle. The fact that the manager came out and stated \I'll look into this\ and then preceeded to go to another desk to talk gossip was just mind-boggling. 3 hours late for work but hey I learned that the service department really loves playing on their phones instead of doing their jobs. Gave it 2 and not 1 star because the front desk guy, Allen, was the only one who seemed to genuinely care. I would 100% NOT recommend anyone come here for service. I've heard Richmond is ok - try them next service

I originally purchased my vehicle from this location in 2017 and have had issues with my air bags turning off ever since. I have been back to the service department 5 times in total because of the air bags deactivating (have receipts to prove this). They have been unable to fix this and it has happened again at 81,000 kilometres. I called Audi and asked them to service it again since it is the same issue. They said since it's been 80,000 kms we cannot fix it anymore. This is ridiculous considering I bought Audi Care and came in for the exact same issue multiple times. They've been unable to fix this, why is this my fault? This is extremely dangerous considering I work in Social Services and have kids in my car very often. I emailed the general managers Ben and Clarence along with leaving Service Manager, Koren Carr a voicemail. No response from anyone! Will not be getting another Audi once this lease is up. I would never recommend Audi to any of my family and friends since this is a massive safety concern. I fear that if I get into an accident, I will not be ok since my air bags will not deploy. Update: The response to my review was that the service manager was aware of my situation and wished to discuss my feedback in further. I have called and left a voicemail a total of three times for Koren Carr and have not received any responses. It's been an entire month. This is ridiculous and horrible service.
Dan, a Service Advisor, and Derick, the technician who worked our vehicle did a superb job. They are a rock star team. I love dealing with these guys. Top notch service everytime. Jeff
Bought my A4 from this location. Salesperson at the time was super sleezy and dishonest. Fast-forward, getting my Audi-care service done here was such a pain and hassle that I had to go to Audi Richmond and I never looked back since. Also, parts are marked up and was extremely disappointing to find out from Audi Langley that the \discount\ given to me from Audi Boundary was above regular prices. Langley literally showed me their prices on the computer and slashed 15% right off the bat in front of my eyes. Overall, terrible experiences coming from along term Audi customer.
