I bought my first pair of Ollie Quinn glasses and loved them. They are reasonably priced but top notch quality. They have a diverse range of frames, which is rare in optical stores. I was looking for simple but elegant frames and found exactly what I was looking for. I feel I might have wasted my money for so many years for those "popular" brands. Pam, the optician, has made my experience smooth and easy from start to finish. She is very calm, friendly, and professional and has made my pandemic time visit worry-free. I don't think I'd trade my new Ollie Quinn glasses for others.

I went to Ollie Quinn in North Vancouver, BC, to buy new sunglasses. One employee provided excellent customer service to me, who had superior knowledge of products about different sunglasses. The price of the sunglasses was affordable. I did not have to run a complicated mathematics calculation in my mind. What I loved the most, the employee was not a pushy salesperson. I enjoyed my shopping experience and recommended it to others to visit this optical store.
Pam was outstanding. Helped me pick a pair of frames that suit my face and now I can finally see properly! I plan on returning for her expert advice to help me choose a pair of prescription sunglasses for driving. Their in house optometrist was very polite and accommodating. Overall the experience was phenomenal! In case anyone is wondering, they are very safe with sanitizing and following current protocol.
