Thanks Okotoks Nissan myself and Fiona had a great experience dealing with Kate Schank in sales and Steve Tran in finance. There was no pressure from Kate with the car we was interested in, we went for a good test drive and gave us a great trade in price for our car. Steve explained the finance options very well and helped us get a great deal with the extended warranty. We highly recommend Kate and Steve,very friendly guys to deal with

Top notch experience dealing with the folks here. Although I was looking for a near-new new to me Honda Ridgeline found the best price and model here. They also offered me the actual wholesale trade value on my old vehicle unlike other dealers who tried to discount the trade beyond belief. This was our first time dealing with Okotoks Nissan and I would highly recommend talking to Kate Schank on the Sales side. She is excellent to work with and Steve Tran in the finance office had some really good advice and options on the pick-up of our vehicle.

From the first contact online, I dealt with Evan Campbell and the responses were fast, friendly and helpful. There was no pressure, only truly great customer service at every step. Evan went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me in my purchase. Strange as it sounds, but buying a used car from Okotoks Nissan was actually enjoyable.
