I called today from Calgary, Alberta. Immediately upon saying 'Good Morning' the woman who answered the phone said "No, stop. You're in Calgary?" after answering yes she then proceeded to say "No, We're in Toronto, why would you be calling us?". She said all this with a very rude and aggressive tone. As I was explaining that I know that I am calling Toronto she proceeded to hang up on me. How is this how someone answers the phone for an international company?
