Cody from Atlantis was at my door within an hour of me making a call about our furnace not working. I decided to go with a new high efficiency unit rather than replacing a major and costly part in our 22 year old furnace. Later Colin from Atlantis arrived and clearly explained the various options and answered all my questions. He was really honest and didn’t try to push more expensive furnace models. Both Cody and Colin did the installation and were extremely courteous and professional. I have a really good feeling that I called this company so if and when our A/C goes I'll be definitely calling them. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC services.
Tony was very helpful from the minute we called. Our air conditioner broke down just before the first heat wave of the summer. The team was dispatched with 24hrs. They were very helpful and clean. They walked us through the installation. They went above and beyond by taking down the cover (where the old air conditioner was located).
