Staff is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. This store sells and rents a wide variety of medical devices - including reclining couches - so whatever you need, I’m certain they will have it (or can get it for you). NOTE: They do have very strict Covid-19 policies in place, which is good since they are committed to selling/renting virus clean products. So if you need something, call them in advance and place your order for a quick pickup at the front door
KerryAnne was an amazing support in helping with my neighbours needs! She was so patient and thoughtful! We weren't rushed! I've been in shop a few times and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable!
