Purchased my first Harley from this location a few months ago. Every aspect of my experience was top notch including the condition of my 2014 Heritage Softail. Sales people get my vote when they are knowledgeable about their product, answers questions honestly and apply zero pressure. Ten out of 10 here without a doubt. Mark and his team were also very helpful in working through all the paperwork, overcame an issue related to financing, and even secured a better rate. Would I purchase here again? 100% for sure.

Well upon reading past reviews, I'm glad I more interested in a particular bike rather than who the seller is. I must have caught Mark on a couple of good days as my buying experience with him was perfect! Informative about the bike, knowledgeable about that model in particular, very professional and extremely polite. I must say, you don't always get equal treatment from those big car lot guys pretending to be motorcycle salesmen. Mark is old school and his respect for customers was evident. I have no complaints at all. I happened to arrange financing through them and it was effortless. I was done in a matter of minutes. Again, not the same at most big box stores. 5 Stars all the way! I would recommend you do your own shopping and settle on a bike you want. If it happens to be available at Mark's, go for it, it's a simpler way to shop.

Bought a 2016 street glide from Mark. Nothing but outstanding service. Seem less transaction. Even through the peak of covid times. The motorcycle has been great too. I was referred to Mark by a friend during Covid. Like everyone else with common sense, I made an appointment and had a terrific experience. Mark is honest and knowledgable. I bought a 2016 Electra Glide and love it. The paper work and plating were done within 24 hours and I was on my way. Like my buddy, I will give Mark referrals at every opportunity I have.
