I had been shopping the province for a new 2019-2020 Kawasaki Concours, and was not afraid of a road trip (I'm from Calgary). Coopers was extremely competitive, and beat out the competition significantly. Helpful staff too. My wife is in the market for a new bike, so will look them up again and make another road trip from CGY!

Had the nicest guy ever help me at the parts counter. I called the day before to ask about some items and when I showed up the next day he had everything set aside for me, was super friendly, and even offered to help carry everything to my truck.
I recently purchased a new 2020 Kawasaki Z H2 SE from Steve, and Wayde and I have to say, I love the bike, and it was a pleasure to buy, no pressure, except the pressure you put on yourself to get the bike you want. The entire buying experience was a pleasure, it made the fact they were the only place in western Canada that had them in stock a bonus. These guys are awesome to deal with, and they have the best prices in the country, trust me, I've checked. I would absolutely buy another motorcycle from them in a heart beat.
It's always nice to visit a store where staff are more interested in helping customers, than pressuring them to make a purchase. I truly appreciate this. Al and Breanna were terrific. The bike I was looking at was at a good price, I'm just not sure I want to put out that kind of right now. They have a nice selection of bikes, bike wear, and helmets. This was a first time visit for me having dealt with Echo Cycle since 1991. Echo is no longer an authorized Kawasaki dealer. Time moves forward and I look forward to this company being my new Kawi supply source.
Good service and reasonable prices
Edit: Bought a brand new bike here last year and had some really major issues with the finance person and the many redone contracts i had to look over and sign (no longer works there). Reached out to coopers to clear up some of the issues after looking over the documents as i was paying off the loan. Wade called me back a few days later and took the time to look through everything and listen to my issues with the financing process and find the problems. Now he is going to correct all of the problems that were created from the previous finance manager and that is great customer service. I can confidently buy a bike here knowing that if any problems arise, they will care to hear you out and solve the issue with you.
