I never leave reviews, but the service and care I received here was so beyond my past experiences with other Vancouver Walk In Clinics and I am truly appreciative! Front staff doing intakes were great, along with both nurses I saw. Angela, the nurse practitioner, went above and beyond for me and I would like to thank her! I came in with a current pressing issue and mentioned something more long term that had been bothering me. She did not hesitate to investigate the issue further, resulting in a full work up and a referral to a specialist, even though it wasn't my reason for coming in. I received the referral pretty much the next day and when there was an issue with that, I simply called back and they found me another doctor that would work for me and again immediately had the referral go through. She really listened to me, took the time to examine the issue throughly and made me feel like I was in great hands. Seriously the best facility in overall professionalism, care, and follow through I have ever been to. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a pleasant experience on my first visit. The facility was visibly clean and all staff members were following proper COVID safety protocols. It was reassuring to see someone actively cleaning the waiting area including the seats and door handles. Dr. Jenkins was amazing! Super patient and attentive to my medical need, even though it was just a walk in!

Wow! I am so impressed with the care I received here the other day. All staff members were very caring and comforting. I saw a nurse practitioner (not sure what her name was but she has blonde hair) and she was just amazing. Gave me some medication and sent me to a hosptial for some further testing. I can tell she is very passionate about what she does and is quite knowledgeable. Would definitely come here again and I 10/10 recommend :)

Ta da! I had my first ever mini surgery here today! The staff and doctors were incredibly professional and helpful. I learned that the centre is fairly new and it's still in the process of getting more equipments over. The entire process was incredibly quick: I walked in with a flakey mole, which got taken a sample of for autopsy within 2.5 hours. Couldn't ask for any better!

I don’t recommend this facility at all. Traumatic experience with an injury caused by a doctor that was poorly handled by the doctors and nurses the next day.
