One of the more reasonably priced Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Portion sizes are quite generous for the price. I’ve eaten here several times in the restaurant when it was open and today tried takeout for the first time. I was really impressed with the ordering service. You can place your order on their website easily and it is ready in less than 30 minutes. Pick-up was quick and easy.

We discovered Wako Sushi in July 2020 and it's our absolute favourite sushi restaurant in the city, by far. We'd go on little drives from Scarborough all the way to North York just to pick up an order of their spicy crunchy salmon rolls (they are INCREDIBLE). I've noticed their website says the restaurant is closed until further notice...
This place is surely one of the most attractive place to eat in the area. Whenever I come there I am highly pleased. They hold their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.
The food is always fresh and delightful, staff members hands over great customer service. I liked how neat it is and vibes. Keep up the good work.
Really enjoyed the rolls here! Fresh, fast service, and the portion sizes are large. Glad we decided to come here - will be back next time!
