Amazing Practice. Staff is very friendly, Helpful and highly professional. Very beautiful and huge office. it looks Superb. Great Place for social distancing. I felt so safe and welcomed . Definitely return. Very excellent service. Highly Recommend.

I am a fairly new patient at this clinic, and I couldn't be more impressed or grateful for the care provided by whole team at Victoria Medical Group. Due to a recent injury, I have been requiring regular medical care and have been visiting their office frequently. The office space is new and the waiting area is big and well laid out, allowing for proper social distancing. The doctors and the staff are proficient, knowledgeable, and caring. During these challenging times when front-line workers are giving so much and should be revered and appreciated; I want to thank the team at Victoria Medical Group for their great service and professionalism.

Free parking at the back of the building although limited space for the size of the building. Accessible ramp entrance. Newly renovated building. Clean inside because it's newly renovated. Waiting area fairly large. Staff are good. Pharmacy inside next to the waiting room.

Excellent patient care! From the front desk staff to the team of doctors, I have always had a pleasant experience and felt well supported.The new location is spacious, social distancing friendly and even has a fully stocked pharmacy on site! My family’s go to, one stop shop for our medical needs.

I came here this morning for an ultrasound. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady in the front desk is unbelievably rude. They don’t have any debit or credit card machine. She asked for cash. When I asked her why she didn’t inform me earlier, she started screaming at me. She behaved as she is not aware the way she should behave in CANADA. Lady, learn some manners, otherwise your BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED MEDICAL CENTRE will be staying alone with NO PATIENTS.
