When dealing with simply green / crown crest the service department was never helpful. They installed our system incorrectly and it took nearly 2 years for them to come and fix it. Numerous calls went unanswered. Went through managers and different people. Constantly got hung up on when voicing my concerns. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I recently dealt with Christine Reyes and she was helpful and responsive. She is the only member of the entire business that is professional and effective.

A representative (Craig Prince) called me to upgrade my hot water tank and signed me up for a 10 year contract. The tank was to be delivered the following day which it never was. No phone call. No email. Nothing. I called Simply Home Services and inquired about what had happened. Govind in the billing dept patiently reviewed my current agreement and advised that I was not eligible for the upgraded water tank since my tank is only 8 years old. The promotion is for tanks 10 years or older. He also provided me details of my current agreement (which I didn’t know much about because I inherited this from the prior owner of the home). I left the call feeling relieved and with a much better understanding of what Simply Green service offers. The sales tactic by the original representative that called me was not good though. Signing up ineligible clients just to make numbers is not a good way of doing business. The company really needs to look into THAT.
what a fraud company. they send a guy to your house and promise you that you don't need to pay anything if you go with rental, then they ask you to sign the contract. after all you'll realize you can't buy it out or cancel the contract,(where you literally have no idea what kinda of terms you singed). they don't explain the contract. If you want to buy out the units, its going to be at least 150k. Stay away this fraud company forever. why the government even allow suck company exists? Its not just me, I had couple of friends are experiencing the exact same thing. Just for someone who wants to do business with this company. Hope this will help you.
This was a new purchase of a high efficiency furnace/central air combo. We bought our package online, our sales representative, Danny Geva was extremely helpful and with all our questions and concerns. He had informed answers and information. We feel that we were very well served by our sales rep. Danny. He is a great asset to your company.
