I haven't been to this location in a while, but thought I'd give it another shot. I was in the store for about 5 minutes when a couple waiting for their drinks nicely asked to add tapioca to their drinks and offered to pay the extra cost. They were told by the staff that this was not possible as their drinks had just been made. Directly afterward, the manager rushed around the counter in a huff and tore down both Promotion (BOGO) signs. We asked her if the promotion was still applied as she passed us and received a \NO!\ before she went back behind the counter. I acknowledge that the day was likely busier than others due to the promotion and we are in the middle of a pandemic, but customer service displayed was severely lacking. Probably best to avoid- there are many other bubble tea options in the area.

Very nice looking place and fancy cups too depending on what you get. Mine came in a light bulb. A lot of different combination drinks, but compared to what’s out there, this comes out average. If you like cool, interesting pics, this is the place to go. If you’re all about the flavour, it’s going to leave you wanting more. Service was good and no issues in that department. My go to spot for Bubble Tea. They have very unique flavors. The Creme Brule Bubble tea is delicious! its like a cheese cake drink. very fast friendly service.
