Bought some equipment last year from them, the esthetics hydraulic beds are not sturdy at all and the electric massage bed which was over 1K was super comfortable BUT it broke after not even 1 year of usage. We have called and left several voicemails in regards to this issue and we never got a call back from them! It would have been nice of them to return phone calls! I would have even bought the broken piece if I had to!

This store is a terrific place! My daughter has just finished her lash course and she got almost every equipment she needs to start her business here. The prices are so friendly to business starter and the staff here is so helpful to my daughter. Now she is satisfied with everything she bought from this place. Good quality, good price, nice staffs, highly recommend.
I can always find what I need, and the price is very beautiful! Every time, a salesperson helps me carry the products to my car. Will definitely come back again.
The absolute WORST customer service experience. Order a Barber chair and mat that showed as being IN STOCK, received a missed call, no msg left, returned the missed call and was told the mat was out of stock. Ok, send just the chair then, was advised a new invoice wld be created removing the mat ok thanks. Received said revised invoice and sure they removed the mat AND increased the delivery fee by 68... from 41 to 109 HUGE difference Called back and the guy said oh yeah thats the shipping cost, I said that shld have been handled at check out or at the very least talked about on the phone when you called about the mat not being in stock, he apologized but said I still had to pay it... I called back to speak to the manager and was advised that the chair they have is actually on hold for someone else and I'd have to wait for new shipment Cancelled my order and had to go somewhere else. For a \professional\ company they took ZERO responsibility or accountability for their failures and just apologized but said too bad at the same time. Makes the apology pointless
