Tried a lot of milk tea places and this place has the best fresh taro with milk and very well-made tapioca bubbles. 6 starts for their fast service.

there was an item in my drink and i ordered a warm taro milk tea that was delivered in a cold cup? instead of a hot one??
I ordered a Large Coco milk tea, no ice, no topping and 30% sugar today. Had to give 2 stars for the reasons below: 1. The drink ratio was completely wrong. The extra tea was literally added from around the G LINE. I understand when I order no ice no topping, the liquid won't be enough to fill up the cup but the drink now becomes diluted bitter milk tea. You can even see the drink is wrong from the color 2. This is not the first time they made it wrong. Happened to me almost all the time when I came early, before they had the pre-mixed 2 big bottles I always support Coco and it's milk tea is my favourite drink. Hope the staffs can fix this problem. If it is below H LINE, they should make an extra one to fill it up
One of the best Coco I went to. They decorated the place with christmas tree that gives the store more alive. Can't help myself to take selfie while waiting my order. Clean place and follow the safety measures.
Fav bubble tea store in North York! Though the store is not as new as other bubble tea places, it keeps its tradition and good taste going! Service is outstanding as well :)
