I called long distance to purchase a rollator for my blind sister in law. Evelyn in the shop was super helpful and went above and beyond to get the right model. Two days later the device was delivered by Ray. He was on time, very knowledgable and took extra time to make sure everything was properly adjusted and that my sister knew what she needed to use the rollator safely. She is over the moon. We we are so grateful to the North York CCM staff for their care and attention. This opens a lot of possibilities and makes her life so much better. I can only give 5 stars but these folks deserve 6.

We were in need of mobility equipment for our mother who had very specific needs. We dealt with Steve Dawson at Canada Care Medical who took great care in evaluating our mother’s needs including the arranging of an Occupational Therapist, measuring doors in her residence and providing access to different options. After tremendous attention to detail and concern for our mother’s accessibility issues, Steve recommended a perfect solution. Steve’s service and care/concern for our mother was nothing short of brilliant and was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Steve and Canada Care Medical and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Couldn’t be happier with the stair glide that was recently installed at my parents home. The service was professional and the time that was spent thoroughly explaining the chair and it’s safety features was very much appreciated.
