Gentleman on the phone was a delight, answered all of my questions and expedited the order in a very timely manner. Product received a few days later. Very excited ! thanks so much :)

Amazing dealer. The stuff named Ibrahim is so friendly, respectful and offer great advice for the coffee machine I want to buy. He has a great product knowledge and the delivery was very fast! Definitely will come back in the future.
Avoid this place. They either sell defective products OR refurbished or used products. What I bought speaks for itself. They may have slightly better price on brand items compared to other stores but you should think why. I learned my lesson a hard way. I bought some appliances from them about half a year ago including a SMEG blender. I kept it as a display on a shelf like many others do with SMEG products and have used it less than 5 times at most. Recently I decided to use the blender to make some carrot juice and after the use I noticed brown water dripping down from the bottom of the jug onto my drying rack. My wife mentioned about this not long after we bought it but we thought it was just residue and we didnt wash well enough however, upon closer inspection I noticed rust underneath the blades and the rubber seams inside the jug had some old brown mold stains which wont come off even after soaking in baking soda and vinegar. Imagine having an appliance with molds and rusts half a yr since the purchase with less than 5 times of use. I live in a condo btw with lots of sunlight. Our place is pretty dry so we even run humidifier in our bedroom to keep the place less dry. Clearly, this product wasnt new. I emailed the owner about this and he did not mention anything about what I said about these but a simple 'contact euro parts'. Unprofessional, and clearly shows he has nothing better to say about my claims.
With Covid-19 and all the back orders on appliances, we've needed to order multiple of the same appliance from multiple sources and in this case it was the range hood that we needed first to get our occupancy permit for our new build. I talked to an agent on the phone when I out my order through and told hy situation and that I may need to be refunded if I get one from else where and he said that was fine. Fast forward to the present I have a rangehood from elsewhere and now he tells me that even though I haven't received my order from Aniks, and the order hasn't been put through on my card I will owe 25% of the cost of the product. That would have been nice to know when I first phoned. And given all the back orders they shouldn't have a problem selling this rangehood so essentially they're just making an extra buck off of a cancelled Order. I am very dissatisfied!!
Ordered a Smeg Hand Blender system from here and could not be happier with their service. Would buy from here again and will recommend this place to others :)

So disappointing and upsetting. I bought a dishwasher and a gas range year ago.It took me half a year to fix the dishwasher because it wouldn’t drain. Finally after I tried to contact a few different numbers, the dishwasher is working, but the one of the burners is not working. OMG! I tried five different numbers they gave me, every number says ‘ I’ll give you a number please contact them’. Exactly the same as what happened last time. Now I’m still trying to figure out who is going to take care of this. I’m so frustrated. I couldn’t believe this.
Item arrived but shipping took over a month. Prices were fine but advertised "free shipping" and then I ended up having to pay for the shipping. You can check out online, but they call you several times for your credit card information after you purchase. I wouldn't buy from here again. ETA: Now that they have responded, I will respond in kind. Nowhere on the website did it say there was a 4-5 week lead time until after the purchase was made. "Free Shipping" was advertised on the listing but did not list any exceptions. I did not request white glove service. I get that they are a small business with a reputation to uphold, but they should have listed the shipping exceptions and delivery lead time on the website before purchase. I have updated my rating because they really do have exceptional customer service, I do want to get that across.
