Rob has helped us with 4 mortgages, as well as a new purchase. Once he even said, you can switch, but it's better to stay with your bank right now for this reason. Solid advice, always on our side, and patient with complicated circumstances. Many brokers provide knowledgeable service, but Rob is more than that. You will see that he cares, he makes it fun, and you will instantly feel comfortable and confident.
