I recently purchased a 2021 Norco Sight at Norco North Shore and It wouldn’t have been possible without the help from Rob Deimann - Sales manager. Upon my first visit he went through a very detailed analysis of what type of rider I am and which bike would be best suited for me. At these times it is so hard to buy a new bike due to COVID but he was relentless in his search to help me find one. Even though the bike was not available at his store he was able to reach out to his Norco Rep and put a dream build together for me with an upgraded fork while still honouring my price point. This was exceptional service and I would highly recommend anyone to see him for purchasing a new bike.

More than great! Todd helped me fix my son’s bike, bent chainring, and I was ready to pay for it after he spent 10 minutes or so. However, he said “Don’t worry about it” So I gave him 10 cash (sorry, that was all I had in cash) and he ended up putting the money in tip jar! This is probably because he didn’t have to use any parts to replace but bent back the chainring. He could replace chainring and charged me 50. This is why I will keep going back to Norco! This is where you want to buy your bike. Thank you again, Todd.

Excellent service. These folks went above and beyond to get me sorted. The mechanic did a great job and the staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me get what I needed. I had a really tight time line I recognize they were busy and I wouldn't have expected such a spectacular turnaround. I am so thankful.

I usually don't write negative reviews about small businesses, but both myself and my partner have had multiple negative experiences at this bike shop. Staff haven't seemed very knowledgeable about products, I've gotten surprised by gigantic bike repair charges, and the bike mechanics have come across as condescending at times. I'm sure the staff are great as individuals and I've also encountered some very helpful and friendly people working here, but on the whole, this shop has often seemed disorganized, poorly ran, and frustrating to deal with.

Purchased two brand new Norco bikes and one was not set up properly and needed a brake cable replaced. I took it to North Shore Norco as it was my local shop for warranty work on the brand new bike and was treated like dirt. Contacted Norco corporate and received lip service. I'll being paying myself to fix the problem on a new bike. Poor service seems systemic in the Norco organization. I have only owned Norcos; unfortunately after their treatment never again They could have saved a decades old customer from what would be a simple cheap fix. __________ As response to your comment on treatment of your staff, I only spoke with the manager Tristan, as I made an appointment. I never once raised my voice or used foul language. I also think it’s important to keep in focus.. my brand new bike was damaged due to improper installation. I simply pointed out that the Norco website clearly states under the \Warranty\ section \feel free to reach out to your closest local dealer for assistance\. Norco North Shore (Owned by Norco Corporate) is 450 meters from my home (local).... The other location is 5 cities away, over 50KM. I find it rather disappointing that a company would stoup to such a low blow, and quite frankly, lies, when saying I treated them poorly. Unless making legitimate complaints to only the manager is poor treatment to \staff\.However, in this case it is unsurprising. Just look at the review four down from Mary White... And then two below that....Same experience. Coincidence... think not.
