Charlie is extremely thorough with his inspections. Even with a simple bare warehouse he really looks at everything that most people would not even think twice about. He has extensive knowledge in building codes and has experience in construction. Even the seller's realtor was impressed on how thorough Charlie was. Charlie takes his time and explains all the possible issues with plain and easy to understand language. The report given a few days later is also an easy read and detailed. Very friendly gentleman and reliable (he has arrived early the two times we have used his services). I highly highly recommend!
