All products are on sale, which is good. But I am more impressed by their staff, especially Will. Today Will just offered me and my husband the best custom service we have ever had. Will is extremely knowledgable and patient. He is one of those rare salesman who really thought for the customers. He would like to get out of his ways to just help you find the best price for the best products that meet your needs the best. He ran back to the storage to double check availabilities each time I asked a question. He spend 1.5 hours helping me compare and try on different layers. He offered so much information about the products, gear maintenance and warranty policies that I feel the company should hire him to write articles on line. Many of the information he shared can't be found on line. A big fat thank you to you, Will!

Came here on pouring rainy Friday. Place was full to COVID limits. A few good sales happening. Found a few Goretex jackets marked down. I guess one more to my collection.
Great place to find some great deal, I got a hard shell for snowboarding for 649, at the same time, I saw the exactly same thing on retail store for 950, like 30% off for same jacket, good quality and gore Tex water resistant, nice stuff, good over all.

Long line up good staff. Just watch what you buy, sometimes the computer system is not updated. So the price on the tag might be lower than what the POS brings up. I made the mistake of not realizing right away and had to ask them to fix after. But great service, they fixed it no problems.
