More than 5 stars! This is the best workout ever! Super encouraging trainers, very good environment. I have been a member for over 2 years and am never lazy to get my workout done because of HIT :) Highly recommend

This Hit is amazing! I’ve been a member for over 3 years and it’s always love at first punch! Fantastic, motivating trainers, friendly members and an incredible workout, all in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place.
I went for a free trail, nervous and having no idea what to expect. The work out and the staff were so amazing I signed up that week. I have never enjoyed working out ....untill now! Its hard but doable and the trainers push you to do your best and are really great and making you feel at ease and keep a close eye on what you are doing and how you are doing it to make sure you doing it right! As far as post covid goes, everything is super clean and comfortable! 5 stars all the way
I am super happy to be back at the gym. Nothing beats hitting those bags and having a trainer by your side (from a distance of course). And everything is kept so clean...the bags are cleaned after every hitter! 30 Minute Hit and 30 Minute Hit Capilano are the greatest!
