Recently had an appointment and had no negative experiences. Dr. Pace was quite pleasant and caring, knowledgeable. The ladies in the office were quiet but not rude or anything.

My mother had a scheduled appointment on January the 29th at 1:30 at Dr. Pace's office. My mother, alongside 2 other patients, waited in the hall for one hour and the doctors office remained closed. I left the details of my appointment within the office by sliding my appointment card under the door. My mother returned home, a 60 kilometre commute. The following day Dr. Pace's receptionist called my mother, rudely stating my appointment was for the following day claiming my mother should have been notified accepting no accountability. Today my mother recived a call from my nurse practitioner where they claimed she was a no-show to the appointment. She phoned their office to confront them and was hung up by the receptionist Rachael. Most unprofessional office she has dealt with in all my 57 years. Is this is a reflection on the quality of care, I would be very concerned, as a patient.

They have no human compassion, I was recently in an accident that left me paraplegic and because I’ve had temper (I lost my legs) they won’t see me after just saying one curse word. Never will Dr.Pace and his secretary understand the pain and endurance it takes to live in a wheelchair. Poor act of human decency. Sad part is that Dr.Pace himself is a great man, it’s the non educated idiots he has working the desks and phones.
