First time using The HVAC Service after a family member referred to me. Our electric water heater was suddenly producing less hot water than it used to. John quickly diagnosed and repaired our water heater. I was impressed by how knowledgeable John was. He identified the issue immediately. John said that a constant supply of lukewarm water indicates a defective upper heating element. John checked the unit and found out that he was right, the upper heating element had failed. The HVAC Service is our new go to repair company.
