I have hiked in the area and checked out the tunnel. It is very interesting to walk through. Sometimes water in the bottom, so bring good water-resistant hiking shoes/boots. A somewhat eerie relic from another time. Cool that trains still run on top of it. Also, beware of ticks at certain times of year along the trail to Fireman's Park.

I was super excited to head here. Hoping to hear the screams but I didn't. I will be back a night tho

I first read about it a decade ago but never got to visit it. It’s a cool tunnel, with graffiti and an eerie urban legend. Great spot to take photos or just check it out if you are a horror/legend enthusiast. I highly recommend wearing rubber shoes because of the water in the tunnel. Smells a little off but that’s expected. Lit a lighter, didn’t hear any screaming. But definitely a cool place to visit, we were joined by several other enthusiasts who walked around trying to investigate the urban legend.

Interesting landmark. My attempt to get the screaming part going was unsuccessful. The Bruce Trail, as well as a small stream, pass through.
