Wow! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Fabian and his company today! Simply amazing! It all started last night when my hot water tank stopped working. A quick call late night call to Fabian and he reassured me that my daughters and I would be safe for the night. He offered to come over early this morning and when I told him that wasn’t possible, he gave me a time that worked perfectly with my schedule! He was extremely knowledgeable and even patiently explained the whole process to this inquisitive teacher while he quickly worked. His price was very fair and his work was excellent! Thank you Fabian for helping me and my family! I will not hesitate to call you again!

After searching out many different water heater repair men in Brampton, I finally found New Town Energy Inc. operated by Fabian Atkins who is the most down to earth person not only in his profession but as a human being as well. I am very pleased with his careful and knowledgeable work he did. His prices are very reasonable and it is so nice that he gives tips on how to fix something without paying for a professional to do the work. I certainly recommend him highly to anyone who has problems with water heaters, AC, furnace or similar devices.
I would recommend Fabian Atkins to all my family and friends he is very professional and knows his job well. My furnace broke down in October last year of 2017 and I was very stressed and cold because there was heating in my house. I did not know what to do my friend gave me his number and he was able to get me a new furnace at a good rate and never over charged he also replace fixed my air conditioner 2 weeks ago. He is the best I give he 5 stars
