I had them in June 2020 for replacement filter and add gas to my air condition in my rental property. The technician stop by the property 2 times and claim he change the filter and add the gas. Tho after the service, nothing done. Tried to contact them for a result, no response at all. I had to arrange Lambert Plumbing to fix it. After 2 month, the accounting girl call me for the payment. I asked what they did last time. She said she was going to find it out. One month later, she called me for payment again without response. Chaos management and poor service

I would not recommend this company as we have had a very bad experience with them. Our ex-contractor, William Zhu, created a false quotation for the A/C job done on our house under Newtop Sheet Metal Ltd. We found out that the quotation was fake and William hired unlicensed A/C workers to do the job instead. We quickly contacted Terry and showed him the invoice and cheque. Terry did nothing about it and took zero responsibility for his company's name being used in false quotations. This is not okay and it is considered fraud.
Poor. If you want to have brand new construction, have the Hvac blast air in your house and receive 600 monthly bill, have the company return 6 times, each time sending technicians who do not understand the system they installed. Freezing air conditions in some rooms and no air flow in others thumping, call this company.
