Even though my wife and I are fairly knowledged DIYers, Jamie inspected our 'offer house' and educated us on things to be aware of and concerned about. We withdrew the offer, and found another house 2 days later that he came to inspect. We had thorough inspection with a side-by-side explanation and felt confident with his assessment. We bought it. He's professional, personable and great knowledge of building codes and construction work. If you play your cards right, he'll even let you go into the attic and crawl space. Don't forget your flashlight.
