New Furnace Sam was very professional and was good in making and explaining recommendations for new furnace, as well as rebates available. Furnace was installed promptly next day after quote. Had 1 issue with programmable thermostat and Sam took care of it the next day. Very happy with Sam and Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating and the services they provided. Would definitely recommend them.

My furnace broke down and they came by same day. Paul provided me with an honest assessment with options. Ended up deciding that replacing the unit was the best option. Although I was under the pressure of time and facing little choice but to act immediately, Paul's pricing was very honest and fair, the model and and Sam's installation was within a day, quick and clean. Everyone at the house is much more comfortable now!

Efficient and good quality service. I phoned the company after reading their excellent reviews. My A/C would not run at all. I turned the breaker off then back on. I phoned the company at 2pm and was told a technician would arrive between 3-4pm. About 3:30pm the technician arrived to my house and guess what... A/C was now running! Technican asked me if I wanted him to take a look at the unit or leave. I asked him to take a look at our A/C. The technician ended up being at my house easily 40 mins, gave me a whole walk through of parts that were working and what to watch out for. He informed me the unit is 31 yrs old! Yes, original Carrier unit with the house. Technically he didn't fix anything but did NOT charge me a dime, no truck charge to come, absolutely nothing! He was so professional and took the time to explain all the mechanics of the unit. I asked him to let me know the price to replace the unit and he did that right on the spot. I will hands down call them back and have them replace my A/C when it konks out next time. Thanks Infiniti!
